Puducherry Raj Nivas has resumed the Open House for hearing public grievances from September 14. Due to Covid-19 regulations, the open house will be held only virtually through WhatsApp video calls.
Lt Governor Kiran Bedi and her team will listen to public grievances between 5 pm and 6 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday every week , according to a press release. The WhatsApp number for the Open House is 95005 60001.
To submit grievances, prior registration is required. You can register by calling 0413- 233 7144 /233 4050 / 233 4051 between 9 am and 2 pm on Mondays- Wednesdays.
Issues aired at Raj Nivas Open House
Complaints and issues relating to drainage, breach of peace, pending pension, land encroachment, etc came up during the virtual Open House on Monday, according to a statement by the Lt Governor after the session.

Earlier in March this year following lockdown, the Lt Governor held open house through telephone calls.
