Pondicherry University Admissions 2020 : Online Registration Closes on July 31
Pondicherry University Admissions 2020 – 21 are now open. The central university has invited online applications for its post-graduate, Ph.D and 5-year integrated courses.
Online registration commenced on July 8 and the last date for registration is July 31. The University has been closed since mid-March due to Covid-19 and call for applications was issued much later than usual this year.
Applications for Indian nationals for various programmes including MCA, MA, MSc, M.Com, MEd. M.P.Ed, M Lib.I.S, MPA etc are up on the website pondiuni.edu.in. Aspiring students can fill in and submit these applications online by July 31. Applications for foreign nationals. NRI/ OCI would be launched shortly.

Pondicherry University Entrance Exams
Pondicherry University has been ranked at 58th in the MHRD-NIRF ranking under University category for the year 2020. The University offers over 140 PG, PG-Diploma/Certificate & Research programmes. It has a student strength of 6557, of which 48% are female students, says a note to prospective students by Gurmeet Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Pondicherry University.
Online-based entrance exams are scheduled for August 21-23 and will be held at designated centres, according to the University website. These dates are tentative and dependent on the Covid-19 situation.
